Integy are pleased to announce the start of a 2-year IT Support partnership with Braunton Academy in Devon. Following a tender process, Integy were selected to take on all elements of IT modernisation, monitoring and support including the provision of dedicated onsite support.


Braunton Academy is an increasingly popular and oversubscribed community school where learning and well-being are at the forefront of their ethos for all to ‘Aspire & Achieve’. The Academy works hard at maintaining a careful balance between students personal well-being and the challenge of their academic studies, providing carefully orchestrated practices to develop personality and character, whilst recognising that nothing is achieved without one giving of his/her best.


Integy have worked with Braunton Academy on several distinct projects over the last year including:


  • IT Strategy Support
  • Migration of Mail services from Google to Microsoft 365
  • Migration of data from Google to Microsoft 365
  • Implementation of enhanced security controls
  • Implementation of a new Microsoft Teams telephony solution


Following these successful project outcomes, the Integy team have built a great working relationship with the Academy and are thrilled to move the relationship into a full support of the IT estate. The IT support partnership includes the transition of the existing IT Network Manager (Mick) over to Integy who will bring instant value to the growing Integy team.

We are collectively looking towards the summer break in Education where the IT transformation at Braunton Academy will continue with:


  • Rebuild of End User Devices to by fully cloud managed with Azure AD and Intune
  • Removal of legacy on-premises server infrastructure providing an ongoing capital expenditure, power and carbon saving.
  • Implementation of additional Identity and Data Security controls
  • Local network and WIFI refresh to a Zero Trust model

They can now scale operations effortlessly as they open new locations and onboard new startups. The Results: Flexibility, Efficiency, and Growth The move to a cloud-native configuration has been a game-changer for our client. They’ve gained: Operational Efficiency : IT management is simpler and faster, reducing administrative overhead. Improved User Experience : Users now enjoy consistent and reliable access to systems, regardless of location. Scalability : Expansion to new sites no longer requires complex IT overhauls.
